3 reasons to visit East Yorkshire this month
Roller ski in the first Hell on the Humber Ski Time trial on Saturday 15 August. Test your speed in classic technique over the mile course on the famous Humber bridge. There are prizes for best male and female, novice and junior skiers with free entry for members of Snowsport England [SSE] affilitated clubs. Alternatively you can take part in the running endurance races.
Visit Hull and find out why it's going to be the UK's City of Culture in 2017 - ideal if you're a non roller skier!
22/23 August roller ski the Cambridge busway & ramble in the Chilterns
A new addition to the Club calendar - join other LRNSC members for an active weekend of roller skiing and walking - find out more about these events. If you can't make the whole weekend, just go for one of the days.
LRNSC's ski trip to Livigno/La Sgambeda

Ski the Roller Ski World Championship course in Val di Fiemme
On Sunday 27 September there will be an open roller ski race along the championship course in Val di Fiemme too celebrate the World Championships that are being held there from 24-27/9. This 25km free technique race starts in Molina di Fiemme and finishes in Bellamonte with a total climb of 634m - a good September challenge!
The local tourist office is offering an accommodation package so all you need to do is arrange your travel and keep up the training!
